IT Dept recovers Rs 130 crore unaccounted wealth from AAP MLA Kartar Singh Tanwar

In what seems to be another political jolt for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the IT department has recovered 130 crore unaccounted wealth from AAP MLA Kartar Singh Tanwar.  He was recently raided, questioned by IT sleuths twice.

The Aam Aadmi Party MLA's farm house and offices were raided by the Income Tax Department in July.  

Tanwar is AAP MLA from Chhatarpur. Several AAP MLAs have been in trouble with law since this year. But the party has blamed Modi government of a witch-hunt.

AAP legislators arrested in various cases:

Amanatullah Khan – molesting and threatening a woman

Prakash Jarwal –misbehaving with a woman

Dinesh Mohaniya –misbehaving with a woman and a senior citizen

Somnath Bharti –domestic violence

Jitendra Tomar –faking education degree

Akhilesh Tripathi –rioting, criminal intimidation

Manoj Kumar –forgery in land grabbing case

Commando Surinder Singh –assaulting govt employee

Mahendra Yadav –rioting, assaulting govt employee
