Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spent his sixth and last day of his maiden India trip in Mumbai on Thursday, meeting leading business leaders, holding a luncheon meeting with the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, meeting community leaders, and unveiling a living memorial for the victims of the 26/11 terror attacks at Chabad house.

Netanyahu began the day by addressing a gathering of business leaders where he stated that the "future belongs to those who innovate" and exhorted India and Israel — both innovative nations — to come together to define the future.

"We in Israel are seizing the future, you in India are seizing the future. Together, you will get there a lot quicker and also get a lot further,'' said Netanyahu in his speech at the India-Israel Business Summit, which was attended by noted business leaders like Rahul Bajaj, Adi Godrej, Anand Mahindra, Harsh Goenka, Dilip Shanghvi, Atul Punj and Chanda Kochhar.

Later, during his luncheon meeting with Fadnavis, PM Netanyahu stressed on furthering ties with the state in an array of partnerships in the field of agriculture, water management, automobile and innovation.

Netanyahu also unveiled a living memorial at Chabad house along with Moshe, the 11-year-old boy, who was rescued during the 26/11 terror attack in which his parents died. He unveiled a plaque dedicated to his parents as well as the "living memorial". On Friday, Netanyahu will fly back to Israel after concluding the final leg of his trip to India.
