Asserting that Haryana had witnessed all-round development during the last 10 years, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Wednesday dismissed Opposition's charge that his government had shown regional bias.

"My government has carried out equitable development because of which Haryana has emerged as a leading state," Hooda said dismissing the opposition parties' allegations that his government was biased towards the Rohtak-Jhajjar region.

Speaking to reporters after releasing his party's poll manifesto here, Hooda said his government has shown zero tolerance towards corruption. The chief minister reiterated his government's commitment for having a separate High Court for Haryana at Chandigarh.

Hooda also asserted Haryana's claim on the Union Territory, and demanded that common capital that the state shares with Punjab should be given to it. He said that Haryana had earned accolades for being a top state in mobilisation of resources and there should be no problem in generating funds for development work.

He said the planned budget of the state, which was Rs 2,300 crore ten years back, has now zoomed to Rs 32,700 crore. "We have mobilised resources in the past also without burdening the people with taxes," he added.
