Haryana horror: Woman dies after hair gets stuck, tears her scalp off head in joyride

In a freak accident, a 28-year-old woman died after her hair got stuck at a car ride thus separating her scalp off her head in an amusement park in Haryana.

The incident happened while the woman was taking a ride in a go-kart at the park near Yadavindra Gardens in Panchkula's Pinjore. The woman identified as Puneet Kaur hailed from Rampura Phul city of Bathinda district. 

Kaur was on vacation with her husband and two-year-old son along with other family members when the incident happened. They were all on the same cart when the accident happened. Kaur's hair got stuck in the ride after the first lap concluded.

All the rides were immediately stopped after the incident and has left everyone shocked. The victim was immediately rushed to the hospital but was declared brought dead. Joyride of the poor family turned out to be a death ride!

“This incident has left everyone shocked...usually all safety measures are followed. One person has been tasked with ensuring that all people wear proper headgear and follow other rules before using a go-kart. It is shocking this incident happened,” Yadavindra Gardens manager Neeraj Gupta was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times.

The police are currently investigating the case. The body of the deceased was handed over to the family after initial inquiry.
