Gurgaon couple caught having sex in car, arrested after neighbour's complaint

A young couple was arrested in Gurgaon after it was spotted having sex in a car by its neighbour.

A 20-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman were arrested around 5 am on Wednesday.

Both were arrested after a 52-year-old woman complained to the police that the young couple abused her when she asked them to come out of the car.

In her police complaint, the woman said that the man tried to grab her duppatta while the 26-year-old passed obscene remarks.

According to the Times of India report, when the elderly neighbour tried to stop them and asked them to come out of the vehicle, the couple shot back with ‘why don’t you join us, why don’t you have some fun too?’

The report also says that both the man and woman were drunk and they knocked on the elderly neighbour’s door mistaking it to be their house.

Then they went inside the car. But by that time, the 52-year-old complainant was already up and she decided to see what was going on.

‘It was shocking when I opened the door and found them nude and in an objectionable position,’ the woman said in her police complaint. 

The couple was booked under 354A (sexual harassment), 354 B (assault or use of criminal force with an intent to disrobe) and 294 (indulging in obscene acts in a public place) of the Indian Penal Code, the Hindustan Times report said.

The 20-year-old man is a class XII dropout and is resident of Najafgarh area. 

The couple was arrested on the spot. While the woman has been granted bail, the man has been sent to the judicial custody.
