The website was hacked on Sunday night and 'Pakistan Zindabad' was written on it.

The website of the Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU) in Vadodara was allegedly hacked by some unidentified persons, who also loaded a page with 'Pakistan Zindabad' text on it, varsity officials claimed on Monday.
Somebody hacked the MSU website last night and loaded a page with the text "Pakistan Zindabad", Apurva Shah, head of the computer centre at the university, said.
The page remained on the portal till noon on Monday when the university officials succeeded in removing it, he said, adding police have been informed about the incident. Inspector Rahul Patel of cyber crime cell of the police said an investigation was underway.
