Modi is also scheduled to attend a ceremony of inaugurating a hospital at Swaminarayan Gurukul in Ahmedabad on December 3 evening.

Giving details on the PM's two-day programme, Gujarat BJP in-charge Bhupendra Yadav said, "PM Modi's rallies will be the focus on the development made by BJP-ruled Gujarat government over last 22 years. He would speak on positive issues that will boost the democratic system in the state. The Congress makes fun of development in Gujarat because they are depressed. When they are depressed by the development in Gujarat, their ideology becomes questionable as it shows that they are not concerned with the wellbeing of people of this state."
