Celebrations kicked in for the Bhartiya Janata Party as numbers in Gujarat started moving in its direction. After putting Himachal Pradesh in its kitty, BJP is all set to rule Gujarat once again.
While party workers across the nation are celebrating with fire crackers and sweets, BJP's Delhi unit spokesperson Tajinder Singh Bagga has found out his own unique way to join the festivities. Referring to Congress leader Alpesh Thakor's jibe on PM Modi, Bagga brought a cake with pictures of mushrooms on it.
Bagga, displaying the cake, in front of the cameras said, "This is a simple, inexpensive cake but it is a befitting reply to those who brought politics to this level."

"We will cut the cake here and distribute it here, everyone is invited. Every citizen is invited," he further added.
On the last day for campaign in Gujarat, prominent OBC leader and Congress candidate Alpesh Thakor levelled a bizarre allegation against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that PM's complexion has turned fair after eating mushrooms imported from Taiwan, each of which cost Rs 80,000.
"Someone told me that you can't eat what Modi ji eats, because it's not a food for the poor," Thakor said during an election rally. He further said, "One mushroom costs Rs 80,000, and he eats five mushrooms a day. That is why I wonder how he turned so fair. He was as dark as me," Thakor added.

"The Prime Minister who eats mushrooms worth Rs 1.20 crore in a month, you can imagine how many crores of money his workers must be eating up," said the OBC leader.
