'Halal Dasta': Pakistan's ISI launches new terror outfit to target India
Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) has allegedly launched another militant outfit named "Halal Dasta" which consists of members of the banned terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
