The national executive of newly- formed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) met in New Delhi to decide on its future course of action.

The meeting discussed formation of sub-committees to draft the party position on various issues.

The executive will meet on Wednesday also.

Arvind Kejriwal had formally launched his party yesterday after his split with Anna Hazare on the issue of anti-graft movement taking a political plunge.

AAP National Executive member Prashant Bhushan said the meeting discussed ways on how to run the organisation.

"Today's discussions were about running the organisations. The meeting will continue tomorrow," he told PTI.

The meeting also deliberated upon forming sub committees to decide on party's stand on various issues, Bhushan said.
