Fire breaks out at Kolkata's SSKM hospital, no casualties

A major fire broke out at SSKM hospital in Kolkata on Monday morning. The fire broke out on the fourth floor of the Ronald Ross building which houses the hospital's cardiology department.

The hospital authorities undertook the evacuation of patients in the building. 

As many as five fire tenders rushed to the spot. Firefighters entered the building for safe evacuation of patients. No casualties were reported.

The fire has been brought under control
