A small-time trader in Bihar’s Rohtas district allegedly shot dead his two minor daughters and seriously injured his wife as he was buried under huge debt, police said on Thursday.
Lalit Narayan Singh, a native of Bhojpur district lived in a rented accommodation in Bikramganj and ran a mobile recharge shop there. “Singh first attacked his sleeping wife Gudiya Devi, but an injured Devi fled to the neighbour’s home to save herself and raised an alarm,” the police said.
