A Bareilly couple decided to call it quits after their marriage filled with constant fights was no longer working. In an attempt to move on and make a fresh start, they decided to turn to Facebook looking for a new mate.

Unbeknownst to either, the pair both decided to keep their identities a secret on the social media website.

After a few months on their quest for new love, husband and wife both finally found someone new on Facebook, and the same time. After three months of chatting, they decided it was time to meet their mystery loves. Could Cupid have struck his arrow?

The exciting day arrived and a meeting place was fixed. Only the illusion of online love was shattered when the pair realised they had been talking to each other.

Wounded by the entire incident, the pair let everyone know at the restaurant they picked, why they had separated. The fight escalated, making everyone uncomfortable, including the cop who was called to the scene to defuse the situation.

Dumbfounded, the cop wasn't sure what to do, as there was no legal section that either of them could be booked under. So his best prescription, was a dose of counselling at the Family Counselling Centre.
