As the news that Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi was ordered conditional release by the Islamabad high court reached New Delhi, ministry of external affairs not only summoned Pakistan high commissioner Abdul Basit at the lack of effective action by the country's prosecutors, but was also preparing a 'note verbale' an unsigned diplomatic letter of protest, with more documents nailing Lakhvi and the Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT). "Enough is enough. We have learnt lessons. After every attack a dialogue process starts and then gets derailed by the new attack. Relations will not return to track, till Islamabad shows seriousness to our sensitivities," top officials told dna.
