"The total number of applicants who registered online till 5.30 PM today is 1,13,278 of which 52,479 have made the payments," said Malay Neerav, Joint Dean of Student Welfare. The online registrations, which opened on May 28 and will continue till June 15, on Saturday included 36,118 applications in General category, 10,493 Other Backward Castes, 4,799 Scheduled Castes, 987 Scheduled Tribes and 110 PWD (Persons With Disability) applicants, he said.

The final session will now be held on June 1 at the conference centre in varsity's North Campus.
