Dr. Subhash Chandra talks on the importance of relationships

The chairman of Essel Group and ZEE addressed students at one of the country’s premier institutions in Zee Media Corporation’s flagship show, The Dr Subhash Chandra Show.

For this week's episode of the show, Dr. Chandra was at the DSK International Campus, Pune to address a group of students and discuss the importance of relationships and how to better them. 

Dr. Chandra spoke on the power of relationships and the role they play in every person's life. "Conflicts are normal and an opportunity to strengthen bonds in a relationship," he said. "Relationships can form over a period of time or in a few hours," he added.

He stressed that the relationships should not be gauged from the view of whether they are advantageous or not.

Dr. Chandra also talked about needing to give people space in each relationship such that it does not suffocate those involved. He compared it to holding a bird, "If you it too, tight it can die. But if you hold it lightly, it can fly."

Mr. DS Kulkarni of DSK Real Estate Developers narrated the story of how he created a business worth Rs. 6000 crore from Rs.30 and the role his relationship played in this journey.
