Dr. Chandra, in his latest show, also guided the students in establishing robust and successful businesses of their choice.
Dr. Subhash Chandra, Chairman of Essel Group and ZEE, on Saturday addressed over 4,000 students of Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar for the next episodes of the popular youth show Dr. Subhash Chandra (DSC) Show.
Speaking about the opportunities in metros verses small towns, Dr. Chandra said, “With technology the boundary between small town and metros is fast diminishing. Today there are ample opportunities for an individual to do business. It does not matter which town or mini metro a person comes from, as long as he/she has the will and desire to nurture their dreams.” Dr. Chandra also guided the students in establishing robust and successful businesses of their choice.
Dr. Chandra inspired the students with his personal life experience and advised them that, “You need to spot your talent and start with small opportunities in your place. Believe and faith in your idea is very vital.” He also urged the students to remove the constraint of being from a small town and work on whatever good opportunity they get.
He also advised parents on potential and capabilities of girls, Dr. Chandra said, “Girls should be provided equal opportunities to rise and to get education. They should be allowed to choose their respective careers based on their aptitude and talent since today there is equal opportunity for both boys and girls.”
Talking about diverse challenges in life, Dr. Chandra stated, “One always faces challenges and this makes it imperative for an individual to take bigger risks. The secret is to never give-up on your thoughts, ideas or desires and to keep asking the question, ‘Why Not?’ whenever an individual is faced with rejection. The question ‘Why Not?’ is the linkage to an individual’s success”.
The Dr. Subhash Chandra (DSC) Show will be aired on Saturday at 10 pm on Zee News and 7pm on Zee Business and on Sundays at 11 am on both Zee News & Zee Business. This show will also be aired on other channels of Zee Media. The DSC Show has successfully completed 34 episodes travelling to various cities across India, including Mumbai, Noida, Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Ghaziabad, Pune and now Jalandhar.
