1. Parliament Live: Rajnath Singh accuses Pakistan of interference; says J&K govt has been asked to show restraint

4. Baton Rouge shooter was ex-Marine who denied ties to any group
The gunman who killed three police officers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on Sunday was a former US Marine sergeant who served in Iraq and made the dean's list in college, government officials with knowledge of the case said. Read more here.
