Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today reached Shri Pitambara Mandir in Datia to pay obeisance to the deity. Raje who is also chairperson of Pitambara trust was accompanied by her son, Jhalawar MP Dushyant Singh.

The CM always visits Pitambara temple to offer prayers during the auspicious occasion of Navdurga. In the past, the CM used to visit the holy shrine with her mother late Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia. Her family has taken diksha from Pitambara temple.
The performed Ashtami Jaap today while tomorrow she will perform yajna after Aarti in the morning.
