"This will be a vision for 2050, a vision for Delhi to become a World class city. Tremendous team work will be seen, will be in interest of every 'Delhi walla'. It will be a vision which will be implemented completely," said party's chief ministerial candidate, Kiran Bedi.
She had earlier last week also shared a blueprint for Delhi's development on her social media account, beginning with a 25 point action plan for women's safety.

Delhi goes to polls on February 7, with counting of votes set to take place on February 10.
Promising to take a slew of steps to ensure women' security Kiran Bedi on Sunday said "students' police" will be set up and those found indulging in eve-teasing will not be spared if BJP comes to power in Delhi.
Addressing a rally in South West Delhi's Dwarka in presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bedi said women's security was "very high" on her agenda and that she has already discussed the issue with civil defence personnel. "I have already talked to civil defence people. More than 3000 people are ready take to the streets to provide security to women. The numbers are going to rise," she said.

Bedi said she also has plans to establish "student's police" modelled on similar forces in Kerala. "We will attach you (youths) with police stations so that they can see how police stations work. They will be sent to PCR vans as well, " she said. Issuing a stern warning to those indulging in eve teasing, Bedi said those found guilty of it will be punished.

With just four days left for it to end, the high octane campaigning in Delhi Assembly polls reached its crescendo on Sunday as Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP Chief Amit Shah, Congress President Sonia Gandhi and AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal pulled no punches in taking on rivals.
As Sonia jumped into the campaign mode for the first time in the February 7 polls, the four leaders traded charges and countercharges with the Congress President slamming 'pracharak' Modi and 'dharnebaaj' Kejriwal. Sonia also asked voters to guard against "politics of hatred".
