DDMA announced on Sunday that Delhi government has decided to reopen public parks, gardens, golf clubs and outdoor Yoga activities from Monday.

Amid the decline in coronavirus COVID-19 cases in the national capital, Delhi government on Sunday (June 20) decided to lift further curbs and take the Unlock process forward.
The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) announced on Sunday that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led government in Delhi has decided to reopen public parks, gardens, golf clubs and outdoor Yoga activities from Monday (June 21). All markets, market complexes, and malls have been permitted to open from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Complete guidelines below:
- Bars will become operational from Monday with 50 percent seating capacity from 12 pm to 10 pm.
- Outdoor yoga activities will also be permitted from now on.
- Private offices will run at 50% capacity from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Restaurants to remain open with 50 percent capacity from 8 am to 10 pm.
- Public parks, gardens and golf clubs have been allowed as part of the gradual unlock process in Delhi.
It may be recalled that on June 14, Delhi government had allowed restaurants to open with 50 percent capacity. Markets and shops were also allowed to operate at full capacity.
Meanwhile, Delhi on Saturday recorded seven COVID-related deaths, lowest since April 1. A total of 135 fresh COVID-19 infections were recorded in the past 24 hours, even as the positivity rate dipped to 0.18%.
