Delhi Court dismisses complaint against CM Arvind Kejriwal for alleged 'thulla' remark

A Delhi Court on Friday dismissed a complaint seeking prosecution of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly referring to the policemen as 'thulla'. 

Delhi Police constable Harvinder Singh had in July last year filed a criminal defamation case in Saket court against Kejriwal for describing cops as 'thulla'.The constable claimed that he felt insulted by Kejriwal's remark. The complaint further said that Kejriwal has intentionally insulted the entire police force of the national capital.

The court had on May 7 summoned Kejriwal to appear before it on July 14. ani
