With the results of the Maharashtra assembly elections eagerly awaited, the atmosphere in the state on Super Sunday was as tense as everyone anticipated it would be. The assembly polls have been a turning point where the power dynamics have shifted and made the BJP the big brother in Maharashtra.
The entire country is talking about the emergence of the BJP once again, and the Congress being wiped out from yet another state. With politics flooding social media, the Maharashtra elections became a top Twitter trend on Sunday.
