As the Aam Aadmi Party is seeking public opinion on forming a government in Delhi, the Congress seems to be developing a cold feet towards the fledgling party. The Congress that has been talking about giving unconditional support to AAP, called it a “party of theatrics” who had no serious business to do but to play around with the sentiments of the people.

The newly-appointed chief of the Delhi Congress Arvinder Singh Lovely said, “The AAP is doing a nautanki business. It is now shying away from shouldering responsibility. They are not serious about forming a government,” said Lovely.

The AAP that is yet to decide on whether or not it will form the government in Delhi has been calling names to the Congress party on several platforms. The Congress party however said that such acts of AAP are to provoke the Congress to withdraw its support.

“There can be dispute and difference of opinions between political parties, but we don’t go out calling names to each other. They should not be using unparliamentary language in public,” added Lovely.
