Congress attacks Narendra Modi on fall in Rupee value vis-a-vis US dollar

Taking potshots at the government over the decline in the value of Rupee vis-a-vis US dollar, Congress today reminded Prime Minister Narendra Modi of his "barb" made last year against then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the same issue.
