Check www.jeeadv.ac.in for JEE (Advanced) results 2016 to be announced in an hour

Candidates who appeared for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) (Advanced) 2016 can stop waiting for the results. The JEE Exam Results will be announced today at 10 AM.

Nearly 12 lakh students appeared for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main-2016 to be eligible to get admission in the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology across the country. 

Out of these candidates,19,820 have qualified for the JEE (Advanced) Online while 1,78,408 candidates have qualified for the JEE (Advanced) offline test.

The exam for JEE Main 2016 was conducted both online and offline in 132 cities by IIT Guwahati on May 22. 

The Joint IIT JEE Main results were declared by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in the month of April.

Here is how to check IIT JEE Advanced results 2016 - 

1. Log on to jeeadv.ac.in

2. Click on the link for JEE Advanced Results

3. Click on candidate portal

3. Keep your details like registration number, date of birth, mobile number, and email address handy to access the result

4. Keep a printout of the result for future reference

Candidates will not be given personalised rank cards. According to IIT Guwahati, getting a rank in JEE Advanced will not ensure admission in the IITs. The official answer key was released on June 5.

Additional information for students willing to opt architecture programmes at IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee

JEE (Adv) 2016 qualified candidates must also qualify Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT 2016). Such candidates must register for AAT 2016 on the candidate portal before 05:00 PM on 13-June-2016.

AAT 2016 will be conducted on 15-June-2016 from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM at zonal IITs only.
