Over 10,000 students appeared for the Class 12 exams in March this year.

The Central Board of Secondary Education for Class 12 results are expected to be announced shortly.
Over 10,000 students appeared for the Class 12 exams in March this year. They have been eagerly waiting for their results because as compared to last year, the results have been delayed this time.
The board, in its statement, said that post-result counselling will begin from today itself and will continue till June 8, for which it has provided a toll-free number – 1800118004.
Central Board of Secondary Education is a Central Board of Education in India. The Board was established in 1962 under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Both private and public schools are affiliated under the Board which offers board exams for the 10th and 12th classes every year.
In 2014, a total of 10,28,928 candidates had registered for class 12 examination and the pass percentage across the country stood at 82.66%
Students can check their results on CBSE board's official websites: http://www. cbseresults.nic.in/ and http://www. cbse.nic.in/
Students will have to enter their exam roll number and date of birth to access their results on these websites.
Students can also know their results through an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) by dialling 24300699 (Delhi), 011-24300699 (other parts of the country). MTNL subscribers can call 28127030 (Delhi) and 011-28127030 (other parts). Besides, students would also be able to check their marks obtained through SMS (text message) services of certain mobile phone operators.
