CBSE announces the all India ranks of JEE (main)

Central board of secondary education (CBSE) announced All India rankings of the JEE (main) Tuesday evening. Over 12.5 lakh engineering aspirants from across India had appeared for the exam this year who were awaiting the results eagerly.

The rankings can be checked at www.jeemain.nic.in. The rank is prepared on the basis of JEE (main) score and class 12 marks with 60:40 weightage. 

This would now kick start admissions in 28 National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and other centrally funded engineering institutes besides several other engineering institutes across India. The online registration and form filling is expected to start from July9. However, the central seat allocation board hasn’t formally announced the counselling schedule till the time last checked.
