Madhya Pradesh Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday staged protests against the Centre over CBI's raid at the office of the Principal Secretary of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal even as Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan decried the language used by Kejriwal against the Prime Minister.

AAP activists burnt effigies of Union Government at Indore, Gwalior, Rewa, Jabalpur, Guna, Vidisha, Sagar, Ujjain and Raghogarh among other places, a party release said. AAP national spokesperson and state coordinator Alok Agrawal termed the raid as "vendetta politics".

Meanwhile, CM Chouhan, reacting to Kejriwal's statement, tweeted without naming anyone that "we may have difference of opinion but maintaining decorum & mutual respect are pillars of democracy. Sanctity of language is 1st requisite.

The office of Delhi Chief Minister's principal secretary was today raided by CBI in a corruption case following which a furious Kejriwal lambasted the Centre and termed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as "coward" and "psychopath".
