The CBI has carried out a lie- detector test on the victim of 2015 Sunped village arson incident in Haryana in which two Dalit children were killed after their house was set on fire allegedly by upper caste residents.

Jitendra, whose toddler son and daughter were charred to death in the gruesome incident, has been put through a polygraph test, the sources said.

They said last year in January the agency had conducted same test on 11 accused in the case.

In the wee hours of October 20, 2015, upper caste assailants had allegedly set ablaze the house of Jitendra after pouring petrol from the window.

Jitendra's son Vaibhav, who was two-and-a-half-years-old, and 11-month-old daughter Divya were killed, while his wife Rekha, 28 was injured.

The local police had registered a case against Sunped residents Balwant and his son Dharm Singh, besides nine others including Jagat, Aidal, Naunihal, Joginder, Sooraj, Akash, Aman, Sanjay, and Desh Raj.
