BSF personnel commits suicide

 A BSF constable allegedly committed suicide at 133 Chandsrikona BSF camp in Karimganj district of Assam last night, the police said today.

The constable, identified as Nabin Kumar (23), had joined the camp after a vacation on February 25 last, the police said.

A diary was recovered from the spot where he was found dead. The diary was handed over to the BSF DIG, the police said. The body was sent for post mortem to Silchar Medical College Hospital, the police said.
