BJP workers create ruckus in Ghaziabad

Friday, 16 May 2014 - 9:03am IST | Place: Mumbai | Agency: DNA Webdesk

As the BJP leads in one of the most frenzied elections that India has seen, they are jumping the gun and already making preparations to celebrate the victory of their lynchpin Narendra Modi.

However, reports from Ghaziabad claim that there are disturbances being created by BJP workers outside the Anaj Mandi counting centre, where BJP workers are creating a ruckus.

This is similar to the protests raised by Congress workers in Varanasi where Narendra Modi was denied permission to hold rallied for security reasons. In a constituency where the BJP is leading there may be instances of chaos and it remains to be seen if they escalate to violence.
