Union Minister Sushma Swaraj today said BJP would ensure equitable development of Haryana once it forms the government in the state. "Entire Haryana will be developed if BJP forms government in the state," she said addressing a rally here.

She said people of Haryana have made up their mind to throw out Congress from the state, which will go to polls in a couple of months. "BJP has gained popularity among people of Haryana, while the graph of Congress and Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has gone down," she said. Swaraj said Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda was under attack from the opposition and some of his own partymen as well for "lopsided development" of the state.

"People of Haryana will ensure BJP's victory in the upcoming assembly polls," she said addressing 'Vijay Sankalp Yatra' here. She said the NDA government at the Centre had launched people friendly schemes, including Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, which is a revolutionary step towards bringing change in the lives of the poor. Swaraj said the Narendra Modi government at the Centre had given adequate representation to Haryana from where there are one cabinet and two ministers of state in Modi's team. She was referring to herself and ministers of state Rao Inderjit and Krishan Pal Gujjar.
