Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vijender Gupta on Monday challenged the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to reveal the names of those whom its three MLAs had planned to meet during their recent trip to Goa. "I challenge them that those who are saying these things should tell the names. Secondly, if their MLAs are indisciplined, then it should make it clear. Now, we cannot call them Aam Aadmi as they have enough money to go to Goa by plane and return in one hour," Gupta told ANI in New Delhi.

"If they went for an excursion, then why did their party call them back to Delhi at such a short notice. They should now clear their stand on this. We can clearly say that this is an internal infighting of the AAP and the BJP is being dragged into this for no reason," he added.

According to reports, three AAP MLAs--Prakash Jarwal, Dharmendra Koli and Ashok Chauhan--had allegedly gone on a trip to Goa, sparking off fears that they might join the BJP. All the three AAP MLAs landed in Goa before being contacted by the party and asked to immediately return to Delhi.

Recently, Arvind Kejriwal had urged Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung that he needs to revise his letter to President Pranab Mukherjee and tell him that the BJP shouldn't be invited to form the government in Delhi after the sting operation conducted by the party had shown that BJP leader Sher Singh Dagar had allegedly tried to bribe the AAP MLAs. The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing of the case on Delhi Government formation till October 10.

The apex court had earlier asked the Centre to take a decision on holding Delhi Assembly elections following a petition filed by the AAP asking for the dissolution of the assembly and fresh polls. Delhi has been under President's rule since Kejriwal resigned as the Chief Minister on February 14 after being in office for 49 days.
