BHU violence: Governor sets up probe panel, PM speaks to CM Yogi

On Monday, Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh moved Punjab and Haryana HC challenging his conviction in rape case, said his counsel. A special CBI court in Panchkula had sentenced the Dera chief to 20-year imprisonment in the rape case.
