Ever since the news about Narendra Modi being denied permission for holding a rally in Varanasi, the hashtag #VaranasiBlock has been trending on twitter. While some people are accusing BJP of causing a high voltage drama outside the Banaras Hindu University, others are miffed with the Election Commission for not allowing Modi to rally.
