As counting of votes begins early on May 16, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Arvind Kejriwal is hopeful that the people of Kashi have made the right decision and voted for honesty.

Kejriwal, ahead of his Kashi rally, confidently made claims about his victory with a "huge majority" and accused the BJP of trying every tactic including communal and caste politics, as well as "violence and bribing of media". "People in Varanasi say, how will a person who comes in a helicopter for only two hours to campaign serve us?"."AAP is winning with a huge majority in Varanasi...Narendra Modi will suffer defeat as people of Varanasi know about the reality," said Kejriwal. What happened to this landmark Kashi-wave that got so much media attention on 9th May? It seems like the rally is the reason why, even early this morning despite the Exit polls keeps the Kejriwal tide hopeful.

Not to forget the tremendous social media Twitter support the Kashi rally got him:

It seems like only time will tell whether Kejriwal is right in his estimations or the exit polls.
