Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's brother-in-law is being investigated by the Police on a complaint filed by an NGO.
A preliminary enquiry has been initiated by the Economic Offences Wing of the Delhi Police.
The NGO, Road Anti Corruption has alleged that his brother-in-law Suresh Bansal was handed over a tender and he has shown fake invoices and bills.
The tender was reportedly given by the PWD and allegations of the CM influencing the PWD have cropped up.
The investigating officer has asked the complainant to come with documents so that they can be examined.
