After touching Hazare's feet, Kejriwal declared his support for Anna's movement, not mentioning Medha Patkar, the national convenor of NAPM once. Before his arrival, the protest had looked like an every man's event, with leaders and activists from all states speaking to the cheering public. Leaders such as Medha Patkar, Atul Anjan from the AIKS, Prashant Bhushan, Dayamani Barla, Kavita Krishnan all shared the stage with Hazare.
