Allahabad High Court grants bail to Nithari killer Moninder Singh Pandher

 The Allahabad High Court today granted bail to Nithari killings prime accused Moninder Singh Pandher in four cases. Noida resident Pandher and his domestic help Surender Koli are accused of killing and disposing off the bodies of 19 children and a young woman between 2005 and 2006.

Sixteen cases have been registered against Kohli between 2005 and 2006 in Pandher's house. On July 25, the Supreme Court had rejected his mercy petition as it had earlier confirmed death sentence for him on charges of murdering 14-year-old girl calling it rarest of rare case. (ANI)
