“Four young men, day before yesterday in the evening, entered the camp at Akhnoor, Jammu. They (Pakistani Mujahideen) entered the army camp, the young men say they cleaned up 10 camps of Indian troops and all four of them returned safe and secure," Saeed is heard saying in Urdu.

Saeed was also heard targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the tape.

"Modi claimed that he conducted a surgical strike. I have given him a reply because Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif cannot," he said.

"I am telling you about the strike carried out two days ago, in a place like Jammu where they say nobody dares to enter. Four mujaheed entered the camp, cleaned up 10 rooms and killed 30 soldiers. They destroyed the camp, burnt it and all four came back safely,” he said

Minister of State in Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Jitendra Singh had said that there was Pakistan's hand behind the terror attack. "There are evidences that show terrorism perpetrates from Pakistan's soil, it has isolated them," he said
