An Air India flight carrying 130 Indian nationals, who were stranded in war-ravaged Yemen, arrived in Kochi on Saturday night. They were part of evacuees taken to Djibouti from Sanaa, Yemen, earlier in the day today, Kerala Minister for Diaspora K C Joseph said.

An Air India flight carrying 130 Indian nationals, who were stranded in war-ravaged Yemen, arrived in Kochi on Saturday night. They were part of evacuees taken to Djibouti from Sanaa, Yemen, earlier in the day today, Kerala Minister for Diaspora K C Joseph said.
The evacuees, mostly from Kerala and Tamil Nadu, were welcomed at the airport by Joseph and state government officials.
On Friday, a group of 330 Indian nationals evacuated from Yemen had reached in Kochi by a special AI flight. This is the third landing of a plane carrying Indian nationals evacuated from Yemen at Kochi.
In the early hours on Thursday, an IAF plane carrying 168 Indian nationals evacuated from Yemen had landed at Kochi.
