Following serial blasts in Patna on the day BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi held a rally there, the Jaipur police sounded a high alert in the state capital and deployed police personnel at various public places across the city. Besides, keeping in mind the festive season, the police have beefed up the security and have initiated measures to check any threat to safety of people.
Post the news about Patna serial blasts, an alert was sounded and cops were asked to keep a strict vigil for such incidents in city. After the orders were issued, police officials reached high density public areas which were put under security scanner.
Meanwhile, at places like the railway station and bus stand, the officials checked the restrooms and various other places. The Commissionerate officials did not have any problem in carrying out the instructions as in view of Diwali festival additional forces have already been deployed with proper instructions to avert any ill occurrence.
Meanwhile, an alert was also sounded in Ajmer wherein police officials searched various important places with dog squads. The officials also searched the railway station for any possible suspected items.
