The Anti-Corruption Branch of the national capital is not probing any case of bribery or corruption which involves any Delhi MLA, the Rajya Sabha was informed today.
The ACB has registered a total of 45 cases since March 2015, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Hansraj Gangaram Ahir said in a written reply.
"Directorate of Vigilance, Delhi government has informed that out of 45 cases registered since March 2015, there is no such case, in which any prima facie involvement of any MLA elected to the Delhi Assembly, has been found till date," the reply said.
