Members of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidya Parishad (ABVP) staged a protest in front of Vibgyor School in Bangalore over the recent rape of a six-year-old girl inside her school premises. The protest turned volatile after the protesters broke police barricades leading to a scuffle with the police.
Reportedly, one of the skating instructors has been arrested in Bangalore for the recent rape of a six-year-old girl inside her school premises.
On July 2, two gym instructors had allegedly raped the minor girl inside the premises of Bangalore's Vibgyor School when she had gone to the washroom.
After the incident came to light, angry parents vandalized the school premises demanding an explanation. They alleged that the school management was not addressing the issue with utmost urgency.
Residents of Bangalore have taken to streets to protest against the incident and a massive crowd gathered outside the police station demanding justice for the girl on Saturday.
