Delhi BJP on Thursday accused Aam Aadmi Party of spending "Rs 100 Crore" on its campaign for the forthcoming state assembly elections and sought the source of money from the party.

"They (AAP) have booked 1200 commercial sites in the national capital and on an average, every site is not less than 3 lakh and they have booked for more than three months so they are spending 100 Crore in delhi election," Delhi BJP spokesperson Harish Khurana alleged in a statement.

The BJP leader also said that AAP should "reveal" the source of money being spent on hoarding sites, including DTC bus shelters. "AAP talks about morality so why they don't put sites addresses and rates on their site and where this money comes from," Khurana added. However, AAP refuted the charges levelled by the BJP and said that the saffron party should stop worrying about its campaign. "BJP should stop worrying about AAP campaign and its material. Every account and money spent will be submitted to relevant authorities. Everything of AAP is in public domain and transparent," said an AAP spokesperson.
