The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday refuted all the allegations levelled by sacked Delhi Water Minister Kapil Mishra saying, he was speaking Bhartiya Janata Party's (BJP) language.

Addressing to media, AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that the allegations made by Kapil Mishra were completely 'baseless'.

After being dropped as a minister, Mishra on Sunday had alleged that he saw Health Minister Satyendar Jain, handing over Rs 2 crore to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at his official residence.

Singh also presented a letter written by Mishra to the ACB in September 2016, blaming the agency of trying to target Kejriwal instead of former Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in the alleged water tanker scam, even as his name was not mentioned anywhere in the report.

"But, now he is repeating what the BJP-run central government has been trying to allege. He is clearly speaking BJP's language," Singh said.

"AAP has zero tolerance for corruption in the party," he added.

On being asked about Mishra's future in the party, Singh said that AAP will have its Political Affairs Committee (PAC) meeting in the evening where his fate will be decided.

However, soon after AAP's media address, Mishra tweeted that the party leaders had taken decision to give themselves a clean cheat.

He also said that he will announce something "important" at 5:00 pm.

Earlier in the day, Kapil Mishra accused Kejriwal and his two associates of 'shielding' Sheila Dikshit in the alleged 400-crore water tanker scam as he shared 'evidences' with the Anti Corruption Branch (ACB).

"I have shared all evidences related to tanker scam with the ACB today. I told the officials how Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal deliberately delayed the report and how the public money was misused," he said.

"Also, I told them how Kejriwal along with his two men — Ashish Talwar and Vaibhav Patel — affected the tanker scam probe. The government also tried to shield Sheila Dikshit time and again," he added.

Mishra further said that he has sought an appointment with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the allegations made by him on Sunday.

Mishra also slammed attempts of labelling him as a "BJP agent". "Anyone who dares to speak up should not be called an agent of the BJP or Modi..," he tweeted.
