Aam Admi Party today hit back at BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for his remark that humiliation of the African woman by AAP-led government had brought "disgrace" to India globally, saying citizens of all countries living in Delhi were safe.

"We want to tell Modi ji that citizens of different countries living in Delhi are safe without any doubt. If there is any illegality against them or any racism, there should be strong action," AAP leader Sanjay Singh, told reporters here.

At a rally in Meerut yesterday, Modi had said that "some days back a woman from Africa was insulted" referring to the alleged raid by Delhi's Law Minister Somnath Bharti at her residence.

AAP leader said that we got information from the residents of Khirki Extension area that drug and sex rackets were being run in their area.

"On the complaint of residents, our law minister goes there and demands strict action against those involved in the drug racket. We respect woman. However, tell me, if some foreigners are involved in the drug or sex racket, should government not take action against them," Singh said.

He alleged that BJP was instigating Binny and the Independent MLA, who have threatened to withdraw support from the AAP-led government.

AAP MLA Madan Lal, who was also present at the press conference, also said that Shiromani Akali Dal MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Binny had predicted two days ago that AAP-led government would be falling in the next 10 days, adding that all efforts are being made to bring down the government.
