A day after sacked Delhi Water Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Kapil Mishra levelled stunning charges of corruption against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Health Minister Satyendar Jain, Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on Monday forwarded his complaint to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).

After being dropped as a minister, Mishra on Sunday had alleged that he saw Jain handing over Rs 2 crore to Kejriwal at his official residence.

Meanwhile, Mishra visited anti-corruption bureau and shared evidence pertaining to tanker scam.

"I told the officials how CM Arvind Kejriwal deliberately delayed the report and how the public money was misused. And how they affected the tanker scam probe. Government tried to shield Shiela Dikshit time and again. ACB will call me again for a detailed investigation. Today I will approach the CBI in connection with the handing over of Rs two crore to Kejriwal by the Health Minister."

He said Vibhav Kumar and Ashish Talwar tried to affect the 400-core tanker scam probe.

Mishra also demanded a lie-detector test for Arvind Kejriwal, Satyendra Jain and himself, in order to vindicate his claims

Earlier, He had alleged that Jain had told him about a "land deal" of Kejriwal's relative, worth "Rs 50 crore", that he had "settled", claiming that when the matter was brought to the knowledge of the Chief Minister he had termed it as a "lie".
Mishra, whose surprise sacking came days after he sided with senior party leader Kumar Vishwas who has been at loggerheads with the AAP leadership, had given a statement to Lt Governor Anil Baijal regarding various irregularities seen by him during his two-year stint as a Cabinet minister in the Kejriwal government.

Meanwhile, Mishra would also be visiting to ACB office to give the names of two party leaders in connection with the Tanker Scam.

On Monday, the city unit of BJP also demanded immediate resignation of Kejriwal and a probe by multiple agencies including CBI, Income Tax department and the Enforcement Directorate.

Delhi BJP chief met Baijal and requested him to explore the possibility of 'immediately dismissing' the Kejriwal government.

"Sir, we request you to please examine the possibility of immediately dismissing the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his ministerial colleague Satyendar Jain under the constitutional provisions and report entire matter to the President of India," he said in his letter addressed to LG.

Delhi Congress chief Ajay Maken also demanded the resignation of Kejriwal, claiming the AAP had "lost its anti- corruption plank".
