Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Balbir Punj claimed on Saturday that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has not been able to handle success and has become arrogant.

"Somehow, they managed to get over 28 seats in Delhi, and now, they want to set the agenda for the whole nation. This kind of arrogance will not work. They have become surprised by their own success," said Punj.

Furthermore, he said, that AAP couldn't dictate to other political parties and lay down conditions for them.

"What does Kejriwal think he has become? He is trying to dictate terms to both the congress and the BJP. They should try to come true to their manifesto instead of laying down conditions for other parties," he said.

He said nobody had an objection to them forming a government in Delhi if they could but this kind of an attitude was not going to work.

"They are creating a drama. This is absurd. They should focus on working on what they have promised the public instead of this," he added.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the single largest group in the 70-seat house with 31 members, has refused to form a government in Delhi.

The Congress says that a number of senior leaders of Delhi are of the opinion that the party should extend unconditional support to the Aam Aadmi Party to form a government in the national capital.

AAP Convener Arvind Kejriwal, however, said that his party would neither take nor extend support to either the BJP or the Congress to form the government. He said the AAP was ready for fresh elections in the city.

Harshvardhan said, his party does not have the numbers to form a stable government, and is ready to fight the election once again.
